O V E R V I E W

In the past few years, we have eyewitness a widespread of bullying cases, and some of them even leading to the suicide of the victim moreover there has been an increase of the use or misuse of private messaging, e-mail and stolen/shared information leading to unexpected effects; the most famous one is the result of the defeat of Mrs. Hillary Clinton in the recent presidential race.
Majority of this events were triggered by the misuse of private information, mostly pictures shared with confidence because considered private but, as we know, the Internet is forever and once the information is out there, it will stay out there regardless of the consequences.

INTERNET IS FOREVER
This is a concept too often under-evaluated and not just referring to private pictures, but also to a various type of files, e-mail, messages and so on.
It has been under everybody eyes-not so long ago, Mrs. Clinton problem with her personal email.
We like to say that if she would have used CTC App for her e-mail, probably today she would have been President of the United States.
Every information is recorded and kept in exchanging servers, and it could be presented in the event of a court ruling. Privacy is just a memory of the past. The only way to protect sensitive information is:
1) Set the shared information to be destroyed right after being seen.
2) Share it in a “sealed” environment, where no exchange is actually happening. Do you remember the spy games movies? “This message will be destroyed in 5.4.3.2 … with the consequent explosion and smoke?
The reality is that once the information is out there its whereabouts cannot be determined and the duplication of it. There is no way to stop it or to control it.

BECAUSE PRIVATE MEANS PRIVATE
Since the beginning of Internet usage for personal interactions, the thought of privacy was intended to be one of its particularities and it was a part of the so-called netiquette that the shared information was always to be kept private.
With the widespread of Social Networks, messaging systems, chat rooms and the arrival of smartphones, the meaning of Privacy has been changed or it is better to say that “Privacy” is still the same but people`s approach to it has changed, opening the door to the misuse of that information.
These days with the widespread of selfies among youngsters, with the trading of hot-pictures for phones recharges, drugs or simply money and with the pictures ending up in pedophile porn websites the “problem” as we prefer to call it, has taken enormous proportions.

FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND
The research on privacy issues projected in the importance of sharing and the consideration of the impossibility to limit the usage of smartphones brought us to the creation of a system able to generate the so much sought Peace of Mind.
We have created an application able to set the lifetime of the information that we want to share and the structure of a pipeline able to deliver the information with the permission to read/view but not to download, copy or save it.
In a few words, the information can be sent with a preset, by the sender, lifetime and when the countdown reaches 00:00 the information is deleted and cannot be retrieved, not even by the sender, and no copies are made or kept in our servers.

100%PRIVACY ON FILE SHARING
The use of chat platforms like Snap-Chat and WhatsApp has made information sharing a regular habit often without realizing that once the information is sent there is no way to “take it back” and it will be open to any form of misuse.
The only effective way to protect ourselves is NOT to share sensitive material at all.
CTC App, on the other hand, gives the user the possibility to share-without-sharing sensitive information by establishing a lifetime that can go from few seconds to a preset date.
When the information is received, the countdown starts and at the 00:00 the information is deleted and cannot be retrieved, not even by the sender, i.e, it is gone forever.
On the shared information, the receiver will have available a link where to take the vision of the shared material that could be a picture, a message, a pdf file and so on.
No copies can be made, no download and no forwarding, as simple as that and yes, we can confirm the 100% privacy on file sharing.

PROTECTING OUR KIDS
Considering the impossibility to eliminate cameras from smartphones or limit their usage among teenagers, the only way to protect them from an uncontrollable sharing of particularly sensitive material of which the misuse can seriously damage young people, among others, is to create a unique pipeline able to share the information with no possibility of downloading or forwarding and with the lifetime setting by the sender.
Kids will have to be educated about the danger of non-protected sharing of sensitive material and CTC App is the only individual solution available today. Other social networking platforms are designed mainly for chatting services. These social networks provide minimal security and are not designed to protect the content or limited its usage inside the chat line.

THE WILL TO CROSS THE BRIDGE
Innovation sometimes arrives before time and it is difficult to understand or accept immediately, probably because there is still a way of thinking that says, “It will never happen to me”.
It is always better to close the doors of the stable before the cows run out, says an old proverb.
This statement also applies to our purpose because installing protections after the pictures are already out it is completely useless; remember that Internet is Forever: once the information is out there, it stays out there.
It is the vision for a better future that brought us to use our innovative thoughts and cross the bridge to implement our revolution.
We understand that there are already out there two or three social services considered similar to CTC App, but if you spend a closer look, you simply realize that they are completely different because they are based on their chat service and the sharing inside that service, while CTC App is a standalone “Information Pipeline” with the peer to peer concept of sharing and it`s benefits.
Moreover, there is plenty of room in the worldwide market to accommodate a system like ours.
Revolutionary concept? Maybe but, as Mr. T. J. Forstmann, inventor of the LBO, once said: "Revolutions are fueled not just by frustration, not just by theories, not just by outrage, but by a vision of a better future and the will to cross the bridge.”
And we did fuel the will to cross our bridge.

MARKET, COMPETITION, AND TRENDS
Snapchat is a mobile photo messaging and multimedia sharing app which was released in September 2011 by Evan Spiegel, Bobby Murphy, and Reggie Brown.
The app was initially launched to share impermanent pictures via private message 'snaps' that can be viewed for a user-specified length of time before becoming inaccessible.
Despite its origins as a photo app, a video has become an important feature of Snapchat, with more than 10 billion mobile videos currently viewed per day, rivaling Facebook in terms of daily video user engagement.
The company reported 100 million daily active users worldwide in May 2015, positioning it as one of the fastest growing social apps and networks worldwide. Snapchat also ranks as the most popular social media site among teenagers and young adults in the United States.
During the first quarter of 2017, Snapchat reported 166 million daily active users worldwide.
Facebook is winning the race to bring Snapchat’s Stories format to the rest of the world before its originator.
WhatsApp Status, its version of Snapchat Stories, now has 250 million daily active users. That’s despite it being relegated to a secondary dedicated tab in the app, opposed to being front and center on the home screen like Instagram Stories which also now has over 250 million users.
Snapchat by comparison only has 166 million daily users of its entire app. That includes Snapchat's private messaging feature that benefits from "Streaks" which uses gamification and emoji badges to incentivize friends to send at least one Snap, back and forth each day.
All that engagement with Stories, voice and audio calls, and its core of text messaging has driven WhatsApp to 1 billion total daily users and 1.3 billion monthly users. That means a remarkably high 76% of WhatsApp’s monthly users come back daily. WhatsApp users now send over 55 billion messages per day, including 4.5 billion photos and 1 billion videos.
The rapid global growth of WhatsApp Status in the first 6 months since it launched in February demonstrates that Snapchat left a huge market open for exploitation by focusing on U.S. teens instead of kids all around the world.
The dominance of WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger may show no sign of slowing, but the chat app landscape is a lot more diverse than you might think.
With the rise of chat apps constituting one of the key digital stories in recent years, here we outline four of the most important trends impacting this market.
Facebook Messenger Takes the Global Top Spot but WhatsApp Dominates More Markets. Although official figures released by Facebook show that WhatsApp has more registered users globally, our data shows that in terms of engagement, Facebook Messenger is the one which is currently attracting the most people (outside China). 4 in 10 use Messenger each month, compared with the 1 in 3 using WhatsApp.
But if we look across GWI’s 34 countries, then WhatsApp stands out as the top messaging app in 16 of these markets, whereas Messenger tops the list in 12. What’s more, with every quarter that passes we are seeing these numbers grow. WhatsApp has already supplanted BBM for pole position in Indonesia and Messenger has taken the top spot from Skype in Poland. And if current trajectories continue in Russia, then we can expect WhatsApp to edge ahead of Skype in the coming quarters.

Facebook Messenger may be ahead overall, but going beyond the simple metric of active users and understanding exactly how people are engaging with chat apps is crucial here.
This is especially true for WhatsApp, which can boast that its users are accessing its platform more frequently than users of any other chat app, 6 in 10 WhatsAppers use the app several times a day, with just 1 in 10 saying that they use the service less than once a week.
In contrast, Snapchat is the least frequently used chat app, more Snapchatters use it less often than a week (37%) than use it more than once a day (24%).
WhatsApp also has the highest engagement rates for virtually all of the basic chat app activities tracked by GWI. Over 7 in 10 WhatsAppers sent a photo last month, compared with around 4 in 10 for both Snapchat and Messenger.

A service like WhatsApp is typical of the 15 or so chat apps we track globally in that fast-growth nations that tend to dominate the top 10. South Africa posts the highest figure of all, an impressive 68 percent, but Malaysia, India, and Mexico are not far behind. That's a result of online populations in these countries being skewed towards young, urban and affluent demographics, which are at the very forefront of smartphone usage.
Snapchat is something of an exception to the prevailing geographic pattern, though, with mature Internet markets accounting for the majority of the top 10. Usage among teens is also much higher than these overall adoption figures.
Elsewhere, the success of WeChat in the Asia-Pacific region is typical of this being the region where Facebook's two messaging apps face their biggest challenge. In fact, Line is tops in Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand; BBM is wildly popular in Indonesia; Kakao Talk leads in South Korea; Zalo is significant in Vietnam, and WeChat has the Chinese market sewn up.

This chart is undoubting showing the incredible magnitude of the market related to chat/messaging platforms including the image and video sharing with Facebook totaling around 2 billion users every month being WhatsApp over a billion, Snapchat over 300 million and the last of the chart Kakao Talk at 49 million users per month.

CTC Application has been designed with the thought of being different from the usual chat lines and being limited to be a messaging/information/files sharing safe line where privacy is paramount.
It is a matter of fact that there is no exchanging of sensitive material where the sharing is limited to the vision of it. No copying, downloading or sharing is actually possible protecting in this way the information shared. CTC App cannot be visualized as a competitor of the existing players in the social chat market but must be considered as an innovative messaging and files transfer platform.

WHERE WE STAND TODAY
Corrected few anomalies and re-written the source for a better way to implement the platform with a completely new approach to the social/chat market, CTC App was finally uploaded to Google Play in its version 2.0 for Android platforms, last September 15, 2017, becoming a reality.
A fully functional website at www.clockthatclick.com and a Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ClockThatClick, have been made available with a 24/7 service support. A traffic test was run with a couple of boosts with the purpose of verification and the results are shown in the picture here below registering a traffic of 1,334 new visitors, other visits 1,589, pages 2,628, number of hits 8,307 and 343.93 Mb of usage. The Facebook boosts were run for 7 days along with the presentation of a slideshow with an investment of $ 25.00 for each boost.
We are in the process of preparing a series of slideshows and videos to be uploaded in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram with boosts aiming to increase the traffic and the CTC App awareness part of a plan to offer our App for 6 months totally free: download and license for 1 year at the end of which a new license must be purchased.
The picture here below shows the result of the boosted posts that we run as a traffic test.
CTC has in place agreements with PR agencies covering Europe, Japan, China, Australia and Canada for the promotion of CTC App in magazines, television shows and government institutions with the orientation to fight cyberbullying and protection of privacy, especially on pictures and files sharing.
CTC is also in the final stage of development of a Private Internal Messaging System (PIMS) for companies at the managerial level where messaging and file sharing must be kept private and shield from unpleasant stranger eyes: where Private Means Private after all.


CTC App. THE PLATFORM


The platform was founded and idealized by Maurizio Comelli with code developers directed by Pawan Thakre, Mumbai India. Together they were able to set up a state of the art innovative way to protect the sharing of private and/or sensitive information. The Application was designed at first for Android-based peripherals, tested and with version 2.0 made available for download only for Android environment.
Lack of funds prevented us to complete the requirements for the Apple Store I-Phone platform, as soon as funding will become available, the Apple version will be uploaded.

HOW IT WORKS
Once the CTC App is downloaded (free to download and use in the basic version) and installed on the mobile device, information can be set to be sent to another CTC App. user.
The Application has its own Camera utility and the user can use what he prefers. The picture must be uploaded to the system before being sent.
Pictures, e-mail messages, pdf files, videos can be uploaded to the CTC pipeline and then a lifetime can be set before sending to the receiver. A chat application is also available with an add on of voice/video.
The designated recipient of the message/files will receive a particular URL and once accessed it will launch the countdown leading to the destruction of the shared material.
The file can be visualized but not downloaded, copied or forwarded.
Once the timer reaches the 00:00, the shared material is destroyed and cannot be retrieved whatsoever.

PIMS – Private Internal Messaging System
Our developers are working at the final stage of a CTC App canned version able to create a safe environment for the messaging and information sharing at managerial level in the corporate world.
It is well known that using widespread chat systems inside corporate environments can be a challenging way to operate and sometimes not a safe way to exchange/sharing sensitive, private information.
It is a matter of fact that major companies have prohibited the use or the access to social networks such as Facebook, WhatsApp or Snapchat and the only way to operate is by e-mail.
PIMS is creating a safe environment with the use of a private server and a tailored messaging system able to offer messaging and information sharing in a totally secure information pipeline including the possibility to set a lifetime of the message or file sent. When the timer reaches 00:00 the shared information and/or message is deleted and becomes un-retrievable and no copies can be made, and no record is kept.
PIMS is offered with full assistance, full setup inclusive the server setting, encryption, training when necessary and 24/7 technical support.
Being a private labeling application, the final result is a complete fusion with the company digital environment, creating a seamless secure system where sharing sensitive messages and information can be done without fear of private information being captured and used improperly. This is a unique factor that only CTC`s PIMS system can offer to corporate environments.


CTC App, Version 3.0
The Version 3.0 is offering a better structured information sharing pipeline maintaining the characteristics of the fixed life time for the information shared, the protection regarding the download or copy of the information.
The Version 3.0 is including a proprietary messaging system with no history recorded and the deleting of the conversation once the private chat is closed or left.
Video chat conversation is also part of the CTC V.3.0 maintaining the characteristics of privacy that represents the main purpose of Clock That Click application.
The New CTC App, website will offer to the users a built in proprietary Free Social Network and a various series of network services always aimed to protect user`s privacy.
V.3.0, among the new features, there will be the blockage of the function Print Screen and other possibilities to copy and save images in screen-view, as an additional safety measure.

 

MARKETING


The CTC App is oriented towards a younger selection of users and family members that wants to protect their kids by giving them the possibility to share pictures with tranquility outside the social networks and chat environments.
The company will use the social networks post`s boosts to increase the website traffic to present the application and its particularities in protecting privacy. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and so on are all giving the opportunity to reach a substantial number of users in a very short time.
The traffic growth is leading to increasing downloads of the CTC App exponentially.
CTC will offer free download and free 1-year license until June 2018 to incentivize the startup traffic. A Progressive increase in acquiring boost slots will determine the constant growth of potential downloads.
CTC has already received a press coverage in Italy where national anti-bullying organizations are willing to offer support by endorsing the application usage.
Our PR agencies are oriented to gain the support of worldwide organization fighting bullying and raising awareness of the consequences of sharing pictures in sexting.

Marketing PIMS has a completely different approach, being oriented to a different uncharted market, the Corporate. CTC will use the support of in-house Call Center to open the doors to our sales agents for PIMS presentations to corporate management all over the world.
Our marketing researchers have shown an increasing interest for the presence of an internal service that can guarantee a safe messaging/sharing information service without the involvement of the e-mail service and consequently the company e-mail server and. moreover, being able not to have the involvement, inside the company’s environment, of well-known social networks like Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat and so on.
PIMS is a private labeling system tailored for the user and that will use a separate server, separate installations, separate operating system and so on where no copies of the shared material will be kept being all deleted accordingly to the time frame established in the moment of message send.

 

FINANCIALS: THE NEED OF FUNDS


CTC Crowdfunding - Funds raising program:
To complete the future developments and start an appropriate marketing campaign, an additional infusion of funds is required.
To accelerate this process the management is starting a crowdfunding campaign to generate the necessary financial bridge to complete the final version of the application in the basic, full and business versions.
Management is starting a crowdfunding campaign using the FundRazr platform with the goal to reach the initial funding amount of US$ 50,000.00.
All the donors from $ 100 and up, will receive a lifetime license for our CTC Full application.
The first step of our crowdfunding operation aims to collect US$ 50,000.00 that will be used to complete the construction of the CTC Version 3.0.
The second step will be to reach US$ 100,000 bringing the total to US$ 150,000.
Funds to be used to complete the PIMS, cloud support and worldwide marketing.
The third and final step is to reach the goal of US$ 150,000 to bring the grand total to US$ 300,000. Money will be used to R and D, marketing and promotional advertising, Company final set up and logistics.

Awards program:
The 20% of sales of the first year will be set aside to be split among the participating donors in proportion to the money pledged with an additional 2 points for the donors of the first tier and an additional 1 poit for the donors of the second tier
